What’s New?
– You are now able to log external calls to the CRM through workflows.
– In order to record any external call, you can activate the workflow using the “Inbound Webhook Trigger” and set up the “Log External Call” action, and input all the details and recording of the call.
– ☎️ Compulsory details include the call direction, the receiver’s phone number for incoming calls, and the dialer’s phone number for outgoing calls.
– The call will be visible in the conversation section of the contact. ⭐
