What’s New?
The feature of being able to initiate workflows from specified Whatsapp Numbers has been added to our software.
How to use?
Here are the steps to leverage this new feature:
- Select the “Customer Replied” Trigger
- Add the “Reply Channel” filter and choose “Whatsapp”
- Add the “Whatsapp Number” filter.
- All available numbers will be presented in a dropdown menu for you to select from.
Points to be Noted
If you do not engage the “Whatsapp Number” filter, the software will, by default, activate the workflow for all numbers.
