What’s New?
– Connectly users now have the capability to attach up to 10 files to an estimate, which will accompany the communication email.
– The total file size limit currently stands at 20MB per estimate.
– Attachments allow users the flexibility to include additional documents like specifications, terms, or visual materials for their convenience.
How to Use?
– Navigate to the Estimates section, located under the Payments tab.
– When creating or editing an estimate, look for the attachment icon in the system.
– Click on this icon to upload files from your respective device.
– Ensure that the total size of all attachments does not exceed the cap of 20MB.
– Users will then receive these attachments alongside the email.
Why We Built It?
– The purpose behind this addition is to streamline the sharing of detailed and supporting documents with clients.
– It provides users with a professional, comprehensive package within the estimate.
– It also aids users in communicating more clearly, thus avoiding unnecessary back-and-forth exchanges for additional information.

– Updates include editing in recurring invoices.
– Also, users will be able to perform editing in invoices with payment schedules.
– Soon, reminder configurations within business hours will also be an added feature.
