The new ability to automatically delete older call recordings helps in managing and controlling your call recording storage costs.

  • You can enable this feature under the following pathway: sub-account settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Voice Calls > Call Recording.
  • The default storage period is set at 90 days, but can be altered according to your preference.
  • Storing only recent call recordings can help to significantly cut down your call recording storage bills.
  • This option is only accessible to agency and sub-account administrators.
  • Despite the deletion of call recordings, call transcripts will continue to exist and remain unaffected.

Please remember, this feature is solely to manage the costs associated with call recording ‘storage’.
