Introducing the Email Notification Configuration Feature
We are thrilled to announce a new feature, the Email Notification Configuration, located under the Phone Integration section. This latest feature provides agency owners and administrators with increased flexibility to manage who receives vital email notifications for Messaging Restrictions, A2P Registration, and TF Verification.
What’s New?
1. New “Email Notifications” Tab
This new feature includes a dedicated tab under Phone Integration for setting up email recipients. The tab is accessible to all agency owners, admins, and users. However, it will only be visible to agencies with a minimum of one sub-account in the LC Phone System.
2. Customizable Notification Recipients
Initially, all agency owners will automatically be added as recipients. But now, agency owners and admins are given the ability to modify the recipient list, with the capacity to include up to four additional recipients besides the agency owner. All pertinent email notifications, such as Messaging Restrictions, A2P Registration, and TF Verification, will adhere to this new arrangement.
3. UI & Experience Updates
The new ‘Email Notifications’ tab features a user-friendly interface for adding or removing email addresses, including tooltip-guided directions for restricted functionalities.
Where to find it?
- Navigate to the phone integration tab located under settings in the agency view.
- The new ‘Email Notifications’ tab will be next to the sub-account settings.
