Introducing the Messaging Ramp Progress Card
We are excited to present the Messaging Ramp Progress Card, a feature designed to grant users clear and actionable insights on their SMS messaging limits and progression. This update seeks to intensify the user experience by assisting users in understanding the messaging ramp process, their current standing, and the required steps to unlock expanded limits.
Highlight of the New Feature
Messaging Ramp Progress Card
The Messaging Ramp Progress Card now permits users to have an explicit and visual representation of their current level, locked levels, and prospective progression opportunities. In addition to that:
- Current Level: Demonstrates actionable instructions necessary to progress to the impending level (e.g., “Unlock Level 2 by sending 250 messages by Jan 10, 2025”).
- Locked Levels: Exhibit forthcoming levels with a lock icon and provide detailed previews to fuel motivation.
- Future Levels: Give a sneak peek of the advanced messaging capacities accessible at higher levels.
Step-by-Step Guidance
A dedicated tooltip and modal equip users with a holistic guide for the ramp-up process:
- Send Current Limit: Uphold your present daily limit to progress to the next level.
- Temporary Block Notification: Develop an understanding of the 24-hour block after reached limit, which is an integral part of the ramp-up exercise.
- Unlock Next Level: Grasp the knowledge of how the daily SMS limit can increase after satisfying the ramp-up requirements.
Dynamic Messaging Experience
On reaching the pinnacle, that is Level 8, users will receive a congratulatory card along with instructions to reach out to the agency owner/administrator for further upgrades.
For agency owners/administrators: Both the Messaging Limit card and Messaging Ramp Progress card will be available for superior account management.

This feature can be found by navigating to Subaccount View > Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Messaging Limit.
