What’s New:
The Prospecting Tool has been improved to support Sub-Accounts, enabling agencies to considerably enhance their prospecting potential and streamline operations.
How to Enable the Prospecting Tool for Sub-Accounts:
To turn on the Prospecting Tool for Sub-Accounts, simply navigate to Agency View → Reselling. The Prospecting Tool section should be easy to find. Once found, activate the toggle to provide Sub-Account access.
Key Features:
1. Sub-Account Level Access
Agencies now can offer team members direct access to the Prospecting Tool at the sub-account level, eliminating the need for access to the main agency dashboard.
2. Reselling to Clients
Agencies are now able to resell the Prospecting Tool to clients by turning it on for individual sub-accounts. This enables clients to independently generate marketing audit reports, track analytics, and oversee their prospects.
3. Independent Prospect Management
Each sub-account now possesses its dedicated view for managing prospects, audit reports, and analytics. Agencies have the capability to customize prospecting processes for individual clients or teams.
4. Seamless User Experience
– Easy Onboarding: With minimal setup required, sub-account users can get started swiftly.
– Integrated Reporting: Sub-account-specific analytics that offer tailored insights.
– Enhanced Permissions: While Agencies retain control, they can also enable or restrict features to individual sub-accounts as necessary.
Why it Matters?
For Agencies:
This upgrade empowers agencies to:
– Assign prospecting tasks to sub-account users without granting them full agency-level access.
– Upsell the Prospecting Tool to clients as a value-added service, thereby creating additional revenue streams.
