Customizable Reminder Email Intervals for Certificate Expiry

New Feature Update

Users now have the ability to set their preferred intervals for reminder emails, replacing the previous default settings which would send reminders 2 and 7 days prior to expiration. Despite the change, all previously scheduled reminder emails will still follow the original intervals until users decide to make adjustments.

Edit Reminder Preferences for Certificate Templates-

  • By adding an expiry date to a template, all recipients of the certificate will have the same expiration date.
  • You can locate the certificate template which you intend to add an expiry option to.
  • Click on the 3 dots, select ‘Set Expiry’ and choose an appropriate date to modify your preferences.
  • You have the ability to choose if you want to send out 2 reminder emails or just 1 and you can toggle this option on or off.
  • It’s possible to add all the relevant days for each reminder email. All emails will be sent out based on the number of days you have added.
  • This action can be performed for all certificates under the ‘Issued certificate’ tab for individual level customisation.
