New Enhancement Details
The ability to auto-delete call recordings is a new feature which is found under sub-account settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Voice Calls > Call Recording.
The initial retention period is set at 90 days but is modifiable according to your requirements.
Additionally, this feature provides the option of storing only recent call recordings, allowing you more control over your call recording storage costs.
This feature is accessible exclusively to agency and sub-account administrators.
Note that even with the deletion of call recordings, call transcripts will remain unaffected and continue to exist.
This update merely serves to manage costs related to the storage of call recordings.
