Overview
Did you ever want to create three different workflows with distinct contracts, but were unable to proceed because you couldn’t configure unique email templates for each? Now, that’s a thing of the past – you can now configure all of it according to your needs!
What’s new?
- Configure ‘From name’ & ‘From email’ from Documents & Contracts – Templates as well as Documents
- Configure Email Subject & template specific to a Contract Template
How to use?
Follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to Payments, then proceed to Documents & Contracts followed by Templates
- Open your desired document, go to Settings and configure whatever you need at a template level
- When you implement a workflow with this specific template, or if you use this template and send a document, the document will be initiated with the custom email you configured.
Note
If you modify the Subject/Template from an individual template and save it, and afterwards, if you alter the Global settings, they will not apply to this particular template. You will have to personally come back and apply that change in this template where you saved the edit.
Why we built it?
Different types of contracts should be able to be sent with different kinds of emails for context. Our move to bring customizable settings for each contract template is to ensure this need is adequately met.
