We’re thrilled to unveil a new feature that simplifies the process of creating and updating opportunities: CSV File Importing!
This feature is currently accessible in Labs under the Subaccount settings.
What’s New?
– CSV File Import: Comfortably establish and update opportunities by importing data from a CSV file.
– Seamless Integration: Import your opportunities from any available platform with utmost convenience.
– Field Mapping: Associate all your fields—be it standard or custom—with the fields in your chosen import file.
– Tagging: Add labels to your imported opportunities for optimized organization and monitoring.
– Bulk Actions Page: Keep track of the status of your imported opportunities on a fresh new bulk actions page.
– Clean Stats & Error Resolution: Get a detailed overview of the number of imported opportunities, success rates, and error statistics. Follow straightforward resolution steps to ensure a smooth import process.
How to use?
– Go to Labs > Subaccount Settings
– Enable “Bulk Opportunities Import”
– Proceed to Opportunities > and under the overflow menu (three dots menu), find the “Import Opportunities” option
– As you initiate the import process, select “Opportunities” and move to the consequent step
– In the following step, upload your chosen file and decide if you would like to establish or update opportunities.
– Map all the columns in the CSV file with the matching columns in your document.
– Validate the mapping and confirm bulk action. At this stage, tags can also be included with the contacts related to these opportunities.
– Under Bulk Actions in Opportunities, observe your import and review its progress.
– Click “Show Stats” for an in-depth view of your import; this includes information about Successes and Errors, and provides instructions to resolve any potential issues.
– Under the overflow menu, select “View Details” for additional information.

Note: Currently establishing opportunities requires the gathering of information, such as pipeline ID and stage ID by exporting opportunities. We plan to introduce importing via Pipeline name and Stage name in upcoming releases.
