Enhanced Card Management and Deletion Confirmation for Businesses

What’s New?

– A new feature in Connectly allows businesses to manage their existing cards that may have been added via the card on file feature, or any card used for past transactions and stored on the customer’s file.
– Not only this, businesses also have the ability to delete cards from a customer’s file.
– If a card isn’t linked to any subscription, a standard confirmation pop-up will appear.
– For cards linked to active subscriptions, card deletion is permitted but a warning will be issued before confirmation of the card deletion is granted.

Look for this feature under: Contacts > Contact Details > $ icon > Actions > Manage Cards
