We’re thrilled to introduce a new feature: Click Performance Metrics.
This new functionality provides detailed insights into your subscribers’ engagement with your content via click tracking.
What We Did:
When click tracking is enabled for an email campaign, Connectly embeds tracking information to each click-through URL. With every click of a link in the campaign by a contact, the click is tracked through redirection. This method ensures accurate data on link engagement within your campaign reports is received.

Gain in-depth insights into how subscribers interact with your content, helping you adapt your campaigns to better meet their interests and needs.
With Click Performance Metrics, you have the ability to enhance your email marketing strategies based on authentic user interaction data, augmenting the effectiveness of your campaigns.
How to use it?
1. Go to the Email Marketing section.
2. Create a new campaign, and then click on send or schedule.
3. Enable Click Tracking before sending.
4. After dispatching, you can access Campaign Statistics by clicking the three dots next to your campaign.
5. Click on ‘Click Performance’ to evaluate link performance.
The click performance report will have all individual links and overview details.
6. Click on individual links to see contact-specific click details.
Note:
1. The current deployment does not support A/B tests and RSS campaigns.
2. The current deployment is for campaigns sent under email marketing and not workflows.
3. The current deployment supports custom values but not trigger links.
