Enhanced Company Records Management with Advanced Customizable Features

We’ve brought onboard several new functionalities to our Companies feature, elevating its usability and flexibility. The upgrades are crafted to provide superior control over managing company records, boost data accessibility, and smoothen your workflows.

This feature can be found under Subaccounts > Labs > “Company Enhanced UI + Custom Fields”

What’s New?

1. Create, Edit, and Update Custom Fields: Shape your company records by incorporating custom fields to monitor data points suiting your business requirements.

2. Manage Fields and Customize List View: Choose which fields to appear in the List View for a more pinpointed view.

3. Advanced Filters: Apply filters on standard and custom fields to restrict records.

4. Sorting Options: Organize company records by any field, such as Name, City, or custom parameters.

5. Enhanced Search Functionality: Probe across both standard fields (for example, Name, Phone, Email) and custom fields.

How to Use?

1. In a subaccount, move to Contacts on the left pane and select “Companies” in the top bar.

2. Use the “Manage Fields” option to pick and align visible columns in the List View.

3. Open the “Advanced Filters” pane and choose criteria to sift through your company records.

4. Click on the Sort on the top in the List View to arrange records by the chosen field.

5. Utilize the search bar to find companies based on any standard or custom field.

6. Move to Settings -> Custom fields and click on “Add Custom Field” to commence adding new fields.

7. Revamped Tasks Pane and Create Task sidebar with filters, sort, and search functions.

8. Overhauled Notes Pane and Create Note sidebar with filters, sort, and search options.
