What’s New?
– Dispatch a file and track its complete progression from being sent, revised, viewed, up to being signed – just by clicking on ‘view history’ in the options menu.
– Hover over the contact icon and see the most recent viewed time and tasks that need to be executed by the user.
How to Utilize?
– Initiate ‘Documents and Contracts’
– Cruise to the dashboard on the line item of the document whose status you wish to ascertain
– Hover over the customer icons
– Witness the last action time, tags, status of all users involved in the document
– For an in-depth look at logs, click on the 3 dots and then on ‘view history’
– Witness all actions taken on the document in the right drawer
Why Did We Develop It?
– It assists users in knowing the real-time status of their documents on the run, without needing to open the document each time.
– It aids users in getting the document to a conclusion with readily available information.
Note:
The last action time in the hover modal will only be available for the documents that are sent from now onwards. For older documents the time won’t be available.
