Messaging Analytics
We’re excited to launch Messaging Analytics for LC phone users, now accessible in the Phone Number section. Now, you can better understand and track the performance of your SMS campaigns.
Main Features:
Comprehensive Metrics: Keep track of metrics like sent, delivered, undelivered, and error rates.
Advanced Filtering: Use filters such as campaign, workflow, and bulk request along with date filters to delve deeper into your data.
Detailed Reports: Get access to in-depth message reports for each status with the ability to directly navigate to the conversation page for a complete context.
How to Use:
Go to Settings > Labs, select Messaging Analytics > Enable.
Advanced Settings Enhancements
Extend your control with the addition of two new features in the Advanced Settings tab found in the Phone Number section.
SMS Limit
Set and track SMS sending limits for subaccounts. Keep an eye on current limits and how frequently these limits are reached.
How to Use:
Head to Settings > Labs, select SMS Limit > Enable.
Voicemail & Missed Call Textback Settings
Upload personalized voicemail greetings and establish incoming call timeouts to improve management of caller experiences.
How to Use:
Go to Settings > Labs, select Voicemail & Missed Call Textback > Enable.
Bug Fixes
Phone Number Relinking/Delinking: We’ve rectified an issue impacting the relinking and delinking of phone numbers with the A2P messaging service across numerous accounts.
A2P Submission Error: The “Invalid status transition for bundle” error, appearing in A2P submissions when the customer profile was in draft, has been successfully resolved.
