1. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Increased Security on the Mobile App
What’s New?
With 2FA, you now have the ability to:
- Secure your account with a unique, single-use verification code during the login process.
- Maintain peace of mind knowing your data is protected, even if your password becomes compromised.
How It Works:
- Login with Your Credentials: Enter your email ID and password on the login screen, then tap on “Sign In”.
- Choose Your OTP Delivery Method: You will be asked to pick a preferred channel (registered email or phone number) for receiving the One-Time Password (OTP).
- Receive and Enter OTP: Once you’ve chosen your preferred method, tap on “Continue”. Enter the OTP you receive and tap on “Verify and Sign In”.
- Access Your Account: After successful authentication, you’ll be redirected to the Sub-Account.
2. Change Password from the Mobile App
What’s New?
- A new “Change Password” option is now available under General Settings on the mobile app.
- You can now conveniently update your account password without need to access the web app.
- For added security, changing the password will log you out from all active sessions across various devices.
How It Works?:
- Open the app and visit Settings.
- Under General Settings, tap on “Change Password”.
- Enter your current password and your new password.
- Tap on “Update” to save changes.
- After updating, your password will be changed, and all existing sessions will be logged out automatically for heightened security.
