Enhanced Template Management for Improved Agency Admin Efficiency

Introducing improved template management functionality in our Template Library for Agency Administrators

In the past, administrators had to navigate through multiple sub-accounts to import necessary templates, a process which proved to be time-consuming.

What we implemented:

• Direct Create: Templates can now be created or imported directly from the Admin interface.
• Streamlined Process: You can choose sub-accounts, preview templates, and rename them effortlessly.

The benefits include:

• Efficiency: Time-saving by consolidating template management into a single interface.
• Simplified Workflow: Reduces complexity across different interfaces and sub-accounts.

How It Works:

1. Navigate to Template Library – Admin.
2. Click “Create” at the top right.
3. Select the sub-account, product, and template name.
4. Click “Continue” to preview the template thumbnail. Click on the thumbnail to see the complete preview on a different interface.
5. Rename the template if necessary.
6. Click “Create” to finalize.
7. Update details like description and categories.
8. Decide whether to Publish or Save as a Draft.
