This feature provides the ability to schedule WhatsApp messages to be delivered at a specified future date and time, ensuring the right messages are sent at the right time for your customers.

1. Schedule WhatsApp Template Messages:
With Connectly, you can schedule WhatsApp template messages to be sent at optimal times for your customers.
2. Schedule Free-Form WhatsApp Messages:
Free-form messages may also be scheduled for future delivery during an open Customer Service Window.
3. Tailored Message Scheduling:
Messages can be scheduled according to your customer’s preferences, ensuring better engagement and communication.
How It Works:
1. Go to Conversations > Select the contact > Select WhatsApp > Select the template
2. Click on the button next to send
3. Select date and time to send the WhatsApp template > Send Schedule
Note: Free-form WhatsApp messages can be scheduled up to 24 hours after the last inbound message received from a customer.
Revamped UI for the Phone Numbers Tab
The user interface for the Phone Numbers tab under WhatsApp has been redesigned in Connectly, facilitating businesses to manage their messaging more effectively. With the new update, businesses can now:
1. View messaging limits, showing how many customers can be messaged within a 24 hour period.
2. Access new tooltips offering insights into phone number status, display name, messaging limits, and phone number quality.
