We’re thrilled to present the latest Featured Products element in our Ecommerce store! This unique feature allows store owners to highlight particular products in any order on their store pages.
✨ What’s New?
- Flexible Placement: You can place the Featured Products element anywhere on your store page.
- Customisation Flexibility: You have complete control over the layout, look, and the number of products per row (up to 5 on desktop and 2 on mobile).
- Easy Product Selection: You can select specific products to display in the element via builder, replacing the default placeholder images.
🤔 How to use:
- Add the Element:
- Head to your page builder.
- Select Add Element → Store → Featured Products.
- Customize the Appearance:
- In the settings panel, you can adjust the heading, margins, padding, colors, borders, and fonts.
- In the Layout tab, you can set the number of products per row. 3 products are shown per row by default, but you can increase this number to up to 5 on desktop and 2 on mobile using the Number of Columns field.
- Select Products:
- Click on any placeholder product under the Products group.
- Use the search bar to locate and choose your desired products in the builder.
- The builder will replace the placeholders with the chosen products.
- Note: Only 10 products appear in the dropdown by default. Utilize the search bar to find more products.
- Publish:
- Click Save/Publish to confirm your changes.
- Preview:
- To view the Featured Products element, visit your live page. Users will be redirected to the product’s detail page when they click on a product.
Note:
- All product detail changes (such as price or images) will be automatically updated in the Featured Products element.
- By default, only 10 products will be visible in the dropdown while picking products. Search for other products to see them.
- For the actual products to appear, they must be selected. Placeholder products will not be visible on the live site.
