What’s New?
– Connectly users now have the ability to attach up to 10 files to an estimate that will be included in the related email communication.
– The total file size limit is capped at 20MB per estimate.
– The ability to include additional attachments eases the inclusion of documents, whether specifications, terms, or visual materials.
– This feature is available in the following sections:
– Invoices
– Recurring Invoices
– Estimates
– Estimate Templates
How to Use?
– Navigate to the Estimates section located under the Payments tab.
– When creating or editing an estimate, look for the attachment icon.
– Click on the icon to upload files from your device.
– Ensure that the total size of all the attached files does not exceed the stipulated 20MB.
– Users will receive these attachments within their emails.
