Its use cases range from delivering large chunks of text in a format that ensures uniform readability across all devices, to sending personalized messages such as welcome or apology emails that are more impactful when kept straightforward and not overly stylized.

How to Access and Use the Plain Text Editor

  1. Navigate to “Email Marketing” and then “Templates”.
  2. Then click “New” and select “Blank Template”.
  3. In the list of options, choose the Plain Text editor.
  4. Compose your email and add images as desired.
  5. Click on the three-dot icon for additional settings, to send a test email, or to preview your composed email.
  6. Lastly, click on “Save Template” when you’re done.
