What’s New?
We’re thrilled to announce a new feature in workflows! Now, users will receive emails and have a specific section to observe workflows containing errors.
- New Workflow Settings Section: A fresh “Workflow Settings” option is introduced. Now, users will be redirected to a settings page for configuring email notifications by clicking on this.
- “Needs Review” Tab: A newly added tab on the workflows list page called “Needs Review” presenting all workflows that contain an error.
- Automated Error Notifications: An email will be automatically dispatched to sub-account admins whenever a workflow contains an error.
- Error Acknowledgment: A new button has been added in execution logs, which allows users to acknowledge that they’ve viewed the errors.
What actions are covered in phase 1?
- Webhook & Custom webhooks
- Premium actions: Slack, Array, Custom code, Chatgpt, Google sheets
- Facebook: Add to custom audience, Remove from custom audience, Conversion API, Messenger, Interactive messenger
- Instagram: Instagram DM, Interactive messenger
How to use?
- Click on “Workflow Settings” to set up the emails for notifications.
- Use the “Needs Review” tab in workflows to see a list of workflows with errors.
- Click on any item to navigate to the execution logs.
- Mark errors as read to acknowledge them.
Points to be noted:
- By default, all sub-account admins will receive these emails.
- Email recipients can be modified or removed as needed.
- Users will get an email as soon as an error occurs in a workflow.
- Users will receive only one email every 24 hours. Another email will be sent if new errors are identified after these 24 hours.
What’s Next?
In the days to come, we’re planning to enable users to customize the types of errors they receive notifications for and modify the time intervals for receiving these notifications.
