What’s New?
– Business users on Connectly now have the ability to select multiple contacts and directly send them personalized payment-links via email and sms from the editor.
– Business users can customize their own email and sms templates for sending, or employ the default template provided.
– Once the user opens the payment-link from this template, all their information such as name, email, and phone number would be pre-filled, facilitating a personalized payment experience.
– Furthermore, business users have the option to copy the standard link or select a contact from a dropdown menu to generate a personalized payment link for that contact.
Why is this Important?
Increased Payments Conversion & Reduced Churn-
– This new feature will help the business users on Connectly to increase payment conversion rates. The use of personalized payment-links removes an additional step of filling in contact data. With customer data already prefilled, it helps to eliminate a significant amount of churn.
Time Efficiency & Flexibility for Business Users –
– Allowing business users the ability to send payment links directly from the editor, and pre-configure templates, this new feature saves time and effort. Users can quickly generate and send links without deviating from their workflow, thereby improving productivity and efficacy.
How to Use it-
– Navigate to Payments Tab -> Payment-Links -> Edit.
– In the top right corner of the screen, users will now find a Copy / Send Button (on saved links or after saving a new link).
Note – Users need to save a payment-link first and then this feature will become available, it will also be available for already saved links.
What Next-
– In the near future, Connectly will offer the ability to prefill a coupon which will support business users significantly in terms of marketing.
– When users open up the payment-link, it will already have the coupon applied, making the transaction more appealing for the customer.
