We’re delighted to announce the arrival of the Opportunity Card Customization feature to Connectly. With this new addition, users can personalize the fields shown on their opportunity cards in the pipeline view. It enables selection of up to 7 fields, customizing counters, and choosing between two card layout alternatives for more efficient organization and workflow management.
What’s New?
- Field Customization: You can now select up to 7 fields (standard or custom) to display on Opportunity Cards, including Opportunity Name, Status, Value, and Contact Information.
- Pipeline-Level Customization: Customizable aspects are applied at the pipeline level by default, with an option to apply changes to all pipelines in regions that have multiple pipelines.
- Customizable Quick Actions: The counters/icons for Conversations, Tasks, Notes, Tags, Calls, and Appointments can be customized by users to appear at the card’s bottom.
- Two Layout Options: Select between a Default View (with field labels and values) or a Compact View (only displays values, with labels appearing on hover). The Compact view is more space-efficient, allowing up to two values per row to be shown.
- Real-Time Preview: Users can visualize their card as they customize it thanks to a real-time preview.
How to Use?
- Open Opportunities and Access Customization: Head over to the Opportunities section and click on “Manage Fields”.
- Select Fields and Customize Counters: Choose up to 7 fields from standard, custom, and associated fields for display on the card. Also, you can customize the icons for Conversations, Tasks, Notes, Calls, Tags, and Appointments.
- Choose Layout: Opt for either the Default View or the Compact View based on your preference.
- Save Changes: Save your freshly made customizations. Also, these changes can be applied to all pipelines.
