New Feature: Reordering Booking Widget Steps
Connectly has introduced a new feature that enables users to reorder their booking widget steps. This allows for increased flexibility in configuring the booking flow.
This new feature caters specifically to businesses that aim to collect lead information regardless of whether an appointment is booked or not. By ensuring lead collection even when no appointment slots are available or if payment processing fails, it becomes a valuable tool for businesses.
What’s New?
In the Calendar Widget, there are three steps: the Date & Time Selector, the Form, and Payments (if enabled). The widget reorder feature allows you to personalize the order of these steps in the calendar widget. So, it’s now up to you whether you want the Date & Time Selector or Form to come first, while the Payment step always comes last.
Important: this feature is exclusively available for the NEO Widget.
How to Use?
Follow these steps to configure the Widget Order:
- Navigate to Calendar Settings and select your calendar.
- Proceed to Forms & Payments.
- Drag and reorder the Date & Time Selector and Form components in the order you prefer.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
