Previously, all invoice reminders were sent at 12 AM, leading to potential inconvenience for both companies and their clients.
What’s New?
- Business Hours Feature: This new feature allows you to configure your operational hours to streamline reminders and invoicing.
- Time Zone Preferences: You now have the option to choose between using the customer’s time zone or your own business’s time zone for all reminders.
- Future Invoices: The settings you input will be applied automatically to all invoices sent after enabling the feature.
How to Use?
– First, navigate to Invoice Settings, then select ‘Reminders’.
– Enable ‘Reminders’ and add your business hours to it.
– Set your Time Zone Preference by selecting either ‘Customer Time Zone’ or ‘Business Time Zone’. The default setting will be set to ‘Business Time Zone’.
– Finally, apply these settings to your invoices: Once the Reminder has been toggled on, all future invoices will adhere to the selected reminder automatically.
