Store owners now have the option to manually fulfill their orders in part on the Connectly platform. Specific items that are partially fulfilled by store owners will have their own tracking details. Users will receive updates on tracking details for partially fulfilled orders via email.
Steps to partially fulfill an item in an order:
1. Partial fulfillment can be accessed under Payments > Orders > View Order Details > Fulfill items.
2. In Fulfill items, choose the quantity of each item that needs to be fulfilled in an order. Add tracking details i.e., Tracking Number, Shipping Carrier, & Tracking URL. Store owners also have the option to inform users about their shipment details via email.
3. In the order details page, items that have been partially fulfilled will display their details, including item name, quantity, and tracking details under Fulfillment(s).
