Manual Sales and Commissions Tracking Enhancement

We are excited to launch Manual Sales and Commissions, a new update that allows you to add manual sales for affiliates and provides an effective method to track and credit sales that might not be recorded automatically.

👀 What’s New?

  • Add Manual Sales: Introducing a feature to assign manual sales and commissions on the Affiliate Profile page.
  • Easy Customer/Lead Filtering: Allows searching for existing users or the creation of a new lead.
  • New Optional Fields for Manual Sales: You can now add Event ID for invoice or reference ID, and Event Date for the transaction date.

đŸ‘· How It Works:

  1. Access the Sub Account Affiliate Manager
  2. Proceed to the Affiliate Page
  3. Identify and select the affiliate to whom you would like to add manual sales.
  4. On the Affiliate Profile page, navigate to the Table tab.
  5. In the Commission section, select Add Manual Commissions.
  6. In the appearing pop-up window, search for the lead or customer linked with the manual sale. If the customer is not present, select Add as Lead to generate a new lead.
  7. In the Add Manual Commissions pop-up, verify the affiliate’s name and the customer’s name.
  8. Input the revenue amount for the transaction.
  9. Add Event ID and date (optional)

This feature is crucial for accurately tracking and crediting sales that might not be registered automatically. It paves the way for manual additions, ensuring that affiliates attain the correct commissions for their efforts, thus enhancing accuracy and transparency in affiliate management.
