Microsoft Teams Integration Enhancements for Efficient Calendar Scheduling

We are thrilled to reveal the integration of Microsoft Teams with Calendars! By linking your Microsoft Teams account, you can now automatically generate dynamic meeting links, significantly cutting down on manual steps when arranging meetings. As soon as Teams is included as a meeting location in your calendar settings, a unique Teams link will be created for each new appointment and sent with the calendar invitation.

How to Use?

Follow these steps to connect your Microsoft Teams account:

– Navigate to Calendars > Calendar Settings > Connections.

– Find the Video Conferencing tab.

– Click on Add New, then click Connect next to Microsoft Teams.

– Sign in with your Microsoft Teams credentials.

After integration, make sure to pick Microsoft Teams as your calendar’s meeting locations from Calendar Settings > Meetings Details tab.

Important Notes:

– The integration only supports Microsoft Teams accounts for Work and School.

– Linking an Outlook calendar does not automatically connect Microsoft Teams. You need to link Teams under video conferencing separately.

– To view appointments on your Outlook calendar, ensure that your desired Outlook calendar is both connected and chosen as the linked calendar.

– Each user is allowed to link only one Microsoft Teams integration per subaccount.

– The Microsoft Teams integration is compatible with Personal Booking, Round Robin, Service Calendar and Collective Calendar.
