New Estimates Feature Allows Client Approval Before Final Invoice

What’s New?

We are excited to inform you about the launch of our new Estimates feature! This new feature allows you to create estimates and share them with clients before sending the final invoice. Clients can accept or reject this estimate, and it can be directly converted into an invoice then sent with ease.

How to Use?

Access Estimates

Navigate to a Sub-account, select Payments, and then click on Invoices and Estimates before selecting Estimates.

Create an Estimate:

To create an Estimate, click on ‘New’ button, and enter the required details such as business information, customer information, estimate number, and expiry. Add products to the estimate and then simply click on send. You can review the estimate and send it directly to your client via email or SMS.

Users Can Accept/Reject This Estimate

Users have the option to either accept or reject the estimate. If the estimate is accepted, it will be marked as accepted. If the estimate is rejected, users can add notes, and the estimate will be marked as rejected. Users also have the option to manually mark the estimate as accepted or rejected if the user has already confirmed on the phone.

Convert to Invoice

Click on the sent invoice item. Once your client approves the estimate, it can be easily converted into an invoice by selecting create an invoice from the dashboard, or opening the accepted estimate and then clicking on create an invoice.

Track

Keep track of all the estimates that are in different stages: Draft, Sent, Accepted, Declined, Invoiced. Keep track of the value of estimates that are in the pipeline from the cards on top of the dashboard. Keep track of notes added by users on the dashboard and within the estimate builder.

Others

Estimates can be customized by adding your company’s branding, terms and adjusting in settings.
