New Google Sheets Action Allows Multiple Row Lookup

New Feature Announcement

Excited to share that we’ve introduced a new action type to the Google Sheets action in Connectly.

What’s New?

The ability has been added to look up multiple rows in Google Sheets. The action type will sift through the sheet and respond with all the rows that satisfy the lookup conditions as output.

How to Use?

– Navigate to Workflows and select the Google Sheets Action.

– Choose the account, drive, spreadsheet, and worksheet.

– Users will have the option to initiate the search from either the bottom or the top.

– Choose the column you want to search and the value that you desire to find.

– Users can also decide how many rows should be pulled in the output.

– There’s an option for case-sensitive lookups and to create a new spreadsheet if the value is not found.

Use Cases

– Data extraction based on categories.

– Finding leads that match specific criteria.

– Working with data with particular values.
