New Public API Support for Custom Menu Links Management

We are thrilled to introduce the roll-out of public API support for Custom Menu Links. This all-new set of APIs allows developers to manage custom menus, establish custom links, and control menu configurations programmatically.

What’s new?

We have incorporated two new scopes for gaining access to custom menu links:

  1. custom-menu-link.readonly,
  2. custom-menu-link.write

API Endpoints:

  • GET /custom-menus : Procure all custom menus with filtering and pagination options
  • GET /custom-menus/:customMenuId : Obtain specific menu data by ID
  • POST /custom-menus : Forge new custom menu links supporting icons
  • PUT /custom-menus/:customMenuId : Modify existing menu configurations
  • DELETE /custom-menus/:customMenuId : Eradicate specific custom menus

Why is this feature important?

This feature is crucial as agencies and SaaSpreneurs who cater to assorted sectors and offer custom menus based on the client’s sector can now handle them proficiently using APIs and save hours of manual labor. This enables the creation of a strong client-focused solution.

What’s next?

We are always open to feedback on ways we can continue enhancing your custom menu links management experience. Feel free to submit your suggestions on the ideas-board.
